OpEdit

Open P2K Tools and download SEEM 0032_0001

Open it in XVI32.

Verify and change if needed, the following offsets:

Offset 4B, bit 6 must be set to "0"

Offset 02, bit 1 must be set to "0"

Offset 40, bit 4 must be set to "0"

Note that "0" means "unchecked" if you are using a program like P2K Advanced Editor.

Now using P2K Tools again download your plmn_text_table.bin file.

Open it with OpEdit.

Click on the header that says "Operator Name" and it will sort them alphabetically.

Now double click the name of your provider and change it to what you want. Only change the ones with the name of your provider if you want to know when you are on a different carriers tower. If you don't care about that you can change any that you would normally be on. In fact you can change them all if you want, but it's not necessary. Sometimes you have to click on the carrier names multiple times to be able to edit them. Just keep at it, they will eventually cooperate.

Save and load it back to your phone with P2K Tools. Restart and viola!
